Only opening four years ago, Ollie and Lauren, have transformed a dying village pub into “the most sustainable pub” in Britain as voted by the SRA. The pub has also been awarded 3 Organic Served Here stars by the Soil Association, celebrating the pub’s commitment to using organic produce. We totally believe in the vision of the pub, and hopefully it can show that sustainability does actually work!
